I truly appreciate the office staff for how efficient and effective they are with any maintenance requests or concerns. Every interaction has been met with courtesy, patience, and genuine helpfulness. I also appreciate the new maintenance team they’ve been extremely efficient and handle any issues quickly and with care. The pest control team is also incredibly kind and informative, always taking the time to explain what they’re doing and ensuring everything is handled properly. I can honestly say I’ve always had a great experience here. Whenever an issue comes up, it’s taken care of right away, and that consistency means a lot. This review reflects my honest experience and appreciation. Thank you!

Prospect Park Apartments is a great place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel safe and comfortable. The apartments are spacious and well laid out, with plenty of storage and natural light. The management and maintenance staff are professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, which really shows that they care about residents. The property grounds are kept up nicely, and common areas are always clean.

They never answer the phone. I made it my business to go by there while I was calling I walked into the office hearing the phone ringing off the hook and they just looking at the phone ringing talking about why these people keep calling. Like they really do give anybody jobs for real never no call back no email reply just bad business. Please contact me back regarding availability. I’m going to contact the head quarters cooperation office or something they just dressing up getting a free paycheck. Then I forget when you walk in they be mad if you have general questions. And reviews don’t matter because seems they are still getting away with it. Please hire better employees please someone that doesn’t mind helping the community we’re the reason you even have a job

Do not, I repeat DO NOT attempt to schedule a tour on the website. Called to confirm appointment that I’ve been getting emails and also texts about but was informed that they DO NOT have any model homes to tour and there will be no availability anytime soon. Disappointed. Was very hopeful that my family & I found our new home for after we have our new baby once our lease is up. Website is very inaccurate and needs to be updated. Very misleading. I believe the owner should try and fix this issue as soon as possible with their website because some people will clear their schedule and not think to call first to confirm, show up and be disappointed or upset about what the website told them. The automated system should be put on hold with sending out confirmation emails. (Just a heads up for fu
