We don't recommend renting from this agency. The property we lived at was not maintained, dirty/weedy exterior, dated interior. Maintenance requests were ignored or put off "until we're in the area". Then repairs were often done halfway, which eventually required another request for repair. Parking was a problem, yet there were vehicles parked there uninspected/abandoned. We had to beg to have our gutters cleaned to avoid having a pond at our front door every time it rained. (Poor water runoff design that they refused to fix) Finally, they scammed us out of $195. when we moved out, deducted from our security deposit, supposedly to clean carpets, which was never done, they tore the carpets out. The carpets were NOT cleaned, I asked for copy of the invoice, they couldn't produce it. Dishon

Just had an amazing tour with Denise! It was an incredibly fun and enjoyable experience! Whether or not we rent from here they will definitely be recommending them in the future!

I have lived at the Quarry Dr apartments for 5 years. I have been nothing but pleased with them and everything they have done. From the singing of my lease 5 years ago to me breaking my lease do to purchasing my first home they have been terrific! In the 5 years I have been there I have not had many maintenance issues but when I did they were very responsive and out to fix the issues within 48-72 hours depending on the severity. My hot water heater broke and they were out with in 30 minutes to have a new one installed. Eric came out personally to help with the install. Charlie from maintenance was fantastic to work with and always made sure things were fixed correctly! Melanie in the office was great to work with. I was so happy with this company. My boyfriend and I do not have the best of credit and they were more than happy to work out an agreement with us. They replied quickly when I had questions and answered every single one I had. Melanie always picks up the phone when you call and she is so sweet! Michelle showed us the apartments and was very down to earth and real with us. As first time renters, 10/10 this was an amazing experience.
