Have used Edgewood plumbing for over 30 years now and have never had a bad experience. They are prompt, professional and very reasonable. Just had to get a leak fixed in my office and they were on it! Got me scheduled, keep me updated on the timing, and the technician did a very good job and was so kind and professional. Brooke Darvell did a great job on setting this up and keeping me posted on tec arrival time, and then even took the time to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Great company to work with. Marissa and Eric are the most disgraceful “property managers/owner” I’ve ever encountered. They rent out roach-infested apartments, lie through their teeth about the condition, and pocket your money knowing full well you’re moving into a health hazard. Roaches were crawling inside the stove on day one — I moved out the very next day — and they STILL refused to give my money back. Broken windows? Ignored. Safety? Not a priority. This isn’t just bad management; it’s complete disregard for tenants’ health, safety, and basic human dignity. These people are absolute slum lords and will stall on fixing your problems and get the cheapest repairs as possible. No compromise or help! Absolutely garbage and awful people! I had a leak in my apartment in both my room and daughters room the caused black mold. We moved out and all the did was replace carpet in one room and paint mold paint over the areas. And when I moved everything out for them to do the repair and carpet replacement which took them about 3 weeks just to get to, they said they will take $100 dollars of for that month. Property upsurge was great for my first place so i rent with them again at a different location. Callie Jacob’s the landlord or the person in charge of the place i was staying was horrible, a rat could do her job better. The first day i moved in there were ants coming out of the outlet, i let her know that day & she didn’t do much until a week later she got store bought traps which didn’t help for more than a day. The ants were still coming out from the kitchen, bathroom & main room for 3-4 month & she refused to get an ant exterminator. Meanwhile i have ants coming in, my upstairs neighbors tub water was leaking into my unit, once again i let her know & she didn’t get someone out for a week, so my house was flooding for a week.
