I am convinced the good ratings for this company are fake. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dennis and Steve are essentially scammers. Dennis is the funding and Steve is the person you speak to the most. Steve doesn't even live in Maryland, he lives in Connecticut. We were under the impression that Dennis and his " partner " Steve were going to buy our home cash " as is " and we were quoted about three weeks. The earnest money deposit was only $100, which should have been our first red flag. They made some excuse that if they put down more on all the houses they buy they wouldn't have enough money. Steve kept telling my husband that we would get " proof of funds " sent over by his assistant Milo. This went on for days and Steve would blame Milo for not sending it. Once things were signed

Terrible company. They lied to me and my wife about wanting to buy our house for cash as is. In the beginning, we had constant communication. When I kept asking Steve for the proof of funds that he promised, the communication was gone for days. They just kept saying “ we’ve got the money, we are buying your house. “ After my wife asked to leave the contract because they were clearly not serious, they gave us many threats. A week went by and then Steve called to say Dennis wanted to leave the contract. They wasted three weeks of our lives. They clearly wanted to wholesale our house not buy it as is for cash which was the agreement. If you want someone to not be transparent with you, go with Steve and Dennis. If you want your house really sold, go somewhere else!

Steve was amazing. Very prompt with responses to any of my questions. Very understanding of my situation. Helped me sell my mother’s house after she passed. Worked with me every step of the way. I would 10000% recommend anyone looking to sell their house through cash for houses to use Steve.
