I moved to Norfolk from Toledo this past February and Marc and Ashley have been wonderful! I live in Ocean View and Ashley, Marc's assistant, has excellent communication and has been extremely helpful and professional. Making a big move alone was nerve wracking but PSOV came through and I am very happy with my apartment by the beach!

I had hired PSOV for property management and worked with them for a few years. Something just didn't sit right with me for a while but i let it go. Once I decided I had enough I found that the properties had very little attention given to them over the years. Additionally, habitual late payments and losses due to poor tenant screening from management team.

Excellent to rent from, Marc in the office is very responsive, honest and just a genuine nice guy. We had a couple of repairs needed and Marc got on it right away, he even does follow up calls to ensure everything is working great! Thanks!!

We have friends that use this company and we decided to use them but Mark and Preston who we were working trying to work with for over 3 months never had any sort of urgency on renting our property out. Both have full voicemails, only message you sporadically, and our friends that use them have told us that they have been late on payments and hard to reach as well. Stay very far away from this very UNPROFESSIONAL rental company.

If you want an idea of how this business is operated, just walk in the office. I have never seen a more disorganized operation in my life. That is also how the properties are managed. They allowed a tenant to do thousands of dollars in damage to my property they managed. They keep the deposit and do no repairs! They dont report damages to the home owners when they occur, and the tenants just rip out carpet and steal things. They use an unlicensed Backyard mechanic for AC repairs who will "fix" things and cause worse breakage and higher repair costs later. "No pet policy" in your lease? No problem. You can have one anyway, let it pee and poop on the balcony and that'a the owners problem. Not yours or the managements! Broken garage door? We won't fix it or tell anyone about it! You want to
