I had a great experience buying a home through Property Problem Solvers. Micheal Muzquiz’s communication and service were excellent from start to finish, and he provided clear instructions every step of the way. The company was upfront about the property, including any known issues. Even though this was an untraditional route without using realtors, they made the process feel smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Property Problem Solvers to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest home-buying experience.

In July, I had the opportunity to do business with Property Problem Solvers. I needed to sell a property in as-is condition. From my first phone conversation with Grant, to meeting Sam to do photos, Michael handling the sales and Jasmine keeping all the moving parts running smoothly, the experience could not have been better. The whole team worked together with personal concern for my circumstances and fairness all around. They made sure we understood every step of the process, as well as all paperwork before we signed. Their level of professionalism, transparency and straightforwardness was refreshing. I have already recommended them to a friend and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Truthfully we had some issues - certain promises were made and did not end up in the paperwork…. Which resulted in a huge mess when it came time to close. No one from the company showed up at closing to represent us. While we did sell our home, it was still a stressful experience. It was not disclosed up front that they don’t actually have the cash to buy the house - rather they are wholesalers who look for buyers. I suppose that is a little on us for not researching better before entering a contract with them. Overall, I’m not likely to recommend this company.

Great experience, Clare was amazing! Michael has been very helpful and has made this stress free unlike other companies that say "Stress free" but nothing but stress. I would recommend Property Problem Solvers to sell your home fast and easy.
