Miguel was an outstanding inspector. I chose his company because he is the sole inspector, which means the quality of work is consistent and guaranteed. Larger companies use multiple inspectors, and the level of detail can vary, but Miguel’s attention to detail is truly next level. He spent six hours performing a thorough inspection, which resulted in a very detailed 112-page report. I hired him from out of state, and he did a fantastic job communicating with me and even going above and beyond at the property itself. Miguel was very professional and was reasonably priced. You got more bang for your buck. He answered any questions I had. He walked me through the whole inspection process. He showed me problems that needed to be addressed the whole way through. He left no stone unturned. He was scheduled for a three hour inspection and stayed for four hours to make sure things were done right. He evened weathered outside conditions of cold and rain to make sure everything was done right. I definitely would recommend him and will be a repeat customer.
