Property Partners of Montana

I rented from Property Partners for two years. Chris and Alexis were great to work with and always responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner. They always gave ample notice and they're overall great people. I would definitely rent from them if I move back to Bozeman!

We lived in a Property Partners house for 6.5 years. We didn’t always see eye-to-eye on everything, but Steve and Chris and Alexis would discuss things with us, present their perspective, and listen to ours. They dealt fairly with us. When our oven element burned out on the Saturday before Easter, and we had a big group coming over the next day for lunch, Steve went out and found a new element, then came and installed it the same day, so we could still have our guests over. When we moved out, Steve told us what to clean, and we did that, and then he came and showed us what items were lacking, and we cleaned those some more. We got our entire deposit back, even after living there for 6.5 years, and we left plenty of nail holes in just about every wall. 5 stars from us.

We lived in an apartment managed by Property Partners for 3 years. Ultimately our experience was good. Chris is very kind and responsive. I will say that they are very much involved in their business when it comes to enforcing rules and expectations (parking passes, keeping things in breezeways, move out criteria). This can be frustrating and seem rigid for some people, but bigger picture it’s helpful to keep things well maintained. We have only ever had positive and friendly interactions with the staff, and someone has always responded quickly and eager to help. We did have a cosmetic issue that went unfixed for several years, despite multiple reports. But this seemed to be more related to challenges with finding the right people in town for maintenance related issues. As long as you stic

Quite a few experiences with Property Partners were pleasant. However, when I terminated my lease early, my family and I had to take on the brunt of the responsibility to rent it out even though the landlord is required to. In addition, I was charged a cleaning fee, even though I cleaned for 8 plus hours (3 other people helped) and we followed Property Partners cleaning checklist. I highly highly highly recommend to go with a different company. My experience with these people has brought a lot of truth to the negative reviews online even if they persistently deny them.
