The practices and contracts of this management firm is criminal. Make sure you fully understand whom you leave your home too and what you're signing. I lost my beloved home because of technical non-liability. Stay away. They won't take responsibility for anything or take any actions even when they're notified.

Terrible experience. TERRIBLE. Took MONTHS and constant nagging to get any maintenance request addressed and then even longer for it to get fixed. Their excuse is that they have “lots of properties” and that there’s only one person to handle the requests. Or they have to go through “home warranty.” That doesn’t cut it when my door is broken and stuck open, letting in water and bugs, running up my electric bill because the AC won’t stop running because the cold air is constantly being let out because of the broken door all while I have a baby at home. Our water heater busted out the bottom, flooded part of the house, and it took FIVE DAYS to get it fixed… and that’s because the person she sent out to look at it didn’t “get approval from Kate” first. Stay away! No accountability, no sense of urgency, no responsibility whatsoever. Do not expext them to do the right thing. Do not trust them.
