First things first believe the reviews. This place is a joke. I've been dealing with them for 3 years now. They've done nothing to help rectify the problem. Threatening to kick me out when I've done. Nothing for them to be able to do so. Now they're saying that I'm threatening their lives because they got no other recourse. Maria is worthless. She'll lose your paperwork and then blame it on you. She doesn't know her job. The owner defonda says that she's trying to do her job but in my mind if you know your job you don't have to try to do it. They've done nothing since I've been around here 9 years. 3 years I've had a problem and they won't do anything. If you want a living hell use them but they should be called property Management unprofessionals. This company has caused me so much stress

I want to commend this team for making me feel important and fixing all my requests in a timely manner. Thank you for taking a chance and renting to me when I was going through one of the worst times in my life. You are all appreciated

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They took our application fee and now won't answer the phone or return our calls, After we applied and sent them the fee, they raised the asking price. They have earned all the negative reviews that they have received. They made us give them our checking and savings account information. We have had to close those accounts and reopen new ones in fear that they had other plans with that information. Zero stars is more accurate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Maria and everyone down there are awesome. Never had an issue. They helped me get into my first apartment and even helped me get a better place than I originally applied for. I lived in that apartment for almost a year before moving out to move to a different state. If you're respectful of the property you'll have no problems. Forever grateful to them for taking a chance on me, having not rental history and all.

Dishonest people. Repair requests don't get taken care of. They break the law about entering a home that's been rented and go in whenever they want to without 24 hour notice. They take advantage of the elderly. They are rude on the phone and are not capable of remembering conversations that happened within a couple of days. If you rent from them, you better get every conversation confirmed in writing. They lie. If I could give less than one star, I would.
