Garbage company. Do not move into any rental unit that is run by PMP or PMI Aspire. They do not care about the people living in the places they manage. They are invasive, and disrespectful. They don't return phone calls. They don't follow their word. They don't take maintain the property. I lived in my home for 8 years and my private landlord sold the lot, PMP took over and reeked havoc for a few months until the new owner found a better company. In the few short months they managed, this is a little of what we dealt with. 1. Telling me I couldn't have my canoe on the property. 2. Completely destroying the lot and needlessly tearing down all 13 of our shading trees leading to a dead landscape that now leaves our small complex into a scorched desert, and leaving some of the long time ren

They steal money and charge you damage that they don’t fix even after a report. Was loyal paying rent on time and everything for 9 years and once I left they decided to charge me 8,000 not giving me any option to tell them that half the damages was because they never fixed them. I don’t recommend going to them for renting they screw you at the end.

Slumlord. Billed me for a carpet cleaning after we shampooed the apartment twice over. The carpets should have been changed out before I even moved in. Over 1000 dollars in cleaning fees, despite the apartment being immaculate when I moved out (short of one small drywall patch that I didn't feel like doing and was happy to be billed for). Do NOT rent from them. If you do, don't expect your security deposit to be returned. Management also refuses to return phone calls, won't answer basic questions, and is generally unpleasant to deal with for any reason. Shoutout to Monika for being one of the most terrible people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

I greatly appreciate all of the feedback and horror stories shared by past renters. I can't believe this company is still in business. Sounds like they need to be investigated by the BBB. I definitely will not give them the opportunity to provide me with a horror story of my own. Does anyone know of a good rental agency? Thank you everyone and hope you all found a better agency.

We went through a lengthy application process with PMP. We put our application on a house just to be told the owner wanted to go a different direction. So we moved it to another house, waited over a week, just to be told someone was accepted first. So we moved onto a THIRD house. Went to a showing. Had everything ready to go. They called me four days later after I noticed the listing was removed and I called them, leaving a message, and said the owner wanted to move back in for two months. Turns out they never even filled out the paperwork we needed for the process. Be wary. Beware. Look somewhere else. Don't waste your time or stress on this company. On the plus side though, after a conversation they did refund my application fees.
