Complete joke of a company. Does not return calls, issues violations without notice, whether you are a homeowner or on the board they don't work for anyone. Collects their fee and disappears.

This is what it’s like to live in an HOA represented by Elaine Brooks at PMP and Associates. Issues like these should be addressed immediately. Take notice of how many likes are clicked on the poor reviews versus the positive ones. HOA management by name only. Still, don’t be late with those HOA payments no matter the condition of the neighborhood. Shameful representation, or lack thereof. They delay, defer, and lie…worst company ever.

I have worked with Jennifer from PMP. She is an amazing person amazing communicator and gets it done. This is a professional respected management company in Northeast Florida known for its quality cams and a strong leadership while every property will have some issues. That’s just the nature of the beast And being in a business where I deal with many management companies I can say PMP stands out as one of the best

I have been living at Riverside for almost 10 years. It is very hard to contact this company and to even to just get a response. They have the unfortunate habit of not responding to communications. We just experienced a huge garbage issue and there has been zero communication from the property management company. The riverside community has not really changed or updated since we lived here. We really would appreciate just community communication. Our HOA fee’s have substantially gone up every year that we have lived here. It is like the community is almost segregated by renters and buyers. We have been fortunate to have been both. We had high hopes that buying into the community would be comfortable as we loved the layout of the homes. Many emails and calls have been unanswered leaving us
