Property Management Inc. of Boise

I was really optimistic this would be a could place to rent from given the reviews. However that doesn’t seem to be the case. I put in an application 2 weeks ago and still have yet to hear about approval or denial. Even though I got a notice the house I applied for had been taken off market. I feel like the decent thing that could be done is to let your other applicants know they are not being chosen or got denied so they aren’t left wondering. Thankfully I went and kept looking but had I not and relied on this. I never would have heard. Also let’s not forget to mention how unhelpful anyone is in the office, in regards to getting updates and also requesting a ridiculous amount of paperwork just for a shot at approval. Gives off money hungry for application vibes. Thankfully feel like I dod

I rented a storage unit from them that was a very good deal--about 1/3 what any of the big places charge. It was in an inconvenient location, but the savings was worth it for me. The only issue I had was that an extra month of rent was withheld, and getting it back took many phone calls. They have an automated payment system that works fine, but be sure to cancel it a few weeks before you intend to vacate the property.

Danyale is the reason that this place will crumble. I wanted to add my gf onto the lease but PMI took just under 30 days to facilitate this request. It took me having to contact the owner of the property and have a sit down meeting with him and explain our problems, 3 days later my gf was on the lease. The second incident I had was the return of the security deposit. I completed the move out process and handed the keys over to PMI. 2 weeks later there was no sign of the deposit, I emailed Danyale and was told it would take 25-30 days for it to be returned. After 35 days the deposit was in the mailbox but not before having to send countless emails and voicemails threatening to go to court. Come to find out PMI was fired from managing the property due to them treating their tenants poorly.

We moved out of state 5 years ago. We decided to rent out our home, Parker has been phenomenal!!! Anytime something in our older home broke/stopped working he immediately let us know and worked with us for the best quote! When we decided to sell, Danyale got comps very quickly and were able to sell to our current tenants quickly and without issue!!! Highly recommend this team!!! They are diligent, helpful, and fair!!!

The principle owner(s) and staff at PMI of Boise have provided exceptional service during my two years as a client with the property management company. The company has exceeded my expectations on all accounts. I especially value the company's responsiveness and attention to detail. 5-Star recommendation, hands down.
