Wonderful company to work with. Made apartment hunting quick and painless. Couple issues with the apartment I wanted but PMA contacted the landlord and had their maintenance team resolve everything promptly and professionally prior to my move in date. I'm just a renter but I'm sure owners would be very satisfied outsourcing their landlord duties to this company.

I was able to move into my apartment within a week after moving to Utica. They were really nice and understanding of my situation. I recommend. Edit: I have lived here for about 5 months now and my review stays the same. I just want to point out the fantastic maintenance person at the M apartments. Any time I have had a concern he has fixed it right away! He is super knowledgeable and always knows how to fix an issue. I hope the management knows what a wonderful job he does and he deserves a bonus or something! So far it has been great living here!
