I will say Alyssa Anne Doutney has been super helpful, with this winter I have water leak in my unit and she was super fast respond and accommodating my unit on Westwood Village Danbury into a schedule, we got company came to solve the first part of the issue and all emails has been responded by her immediately. I apreciate that, with that we will be preventing more property damage than what the weather caused. I do have to say I am thankful for the help the emails and for carrying for the property and my family.

The Property Group is a professional property management company. I have been dealing with Christine Restituto in the Hamden office for several years before the "buy-out". She is very conscientious in her work and always pleasant to the people in the communities. She serves above and beyond. I hear all good feedback throughout the Hamden community of her kind and niceness throughout the day! Christine is always so helpful to all. We have been so pleased with our new property manager Ivanka. The no excuse, proactive, team playing attitude has helped Fillow Ridge immensely. She is responsive, reasonable and works for the customer. We are very thankful for all she and her team does.

Any inquiries or experiences I've had with her have been extremely pleasant, informative, and received quick responses. During the HOA meetings I have attended, she is always very professional, courteous to homeowner's expressing their concerns, and overall very efficient in my opinion. Westwood is a large complex and she does a great job handling everything!
