I started renting from Property Consultants of Columbia LLC in May 2025. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The property was/is well maintained. They have great communication and respond to maintenance request within a very timely manner. They also inspect their properties once or twice throughout the year to ensure their tenants are taking care of the property they are renting.

I have rented a home from Property Consultants of Columbia for 1 year now and have no complaints! As someone who has owned before, I’d trust them with my own home. They’re quick to communicate, friendly, and efficient. Any maintenance requests have been handled in a very timely (under 24 hours) and professional manner. Would highly recommend!

This is my second year renting with Property Consultants of Columbia, LLC and they have an absolutely wonderful team. Always available for any questions and if any maintenance issues, they have a team out within 24-48 hours, even faster, depending on the issue. Definitely consider them for your next rental!
