Do not recommend! Blanche was very rude, disrespectful, an definitely not people person! I lived in my home 2 years, “5 months with no electricity powering to my master bedroom & kitchen; “ but they put my concerns on the back burner. PAST THEIR HOMES UP!!!!!

I love Ms.blanch. I stayed with her for 7 years. People that give those bad stars didn’t pay they rent.

The supposed owners son Hit me when I was at my final walk thru police had to be called and he refused his name police told him he could be arrested and then he let me get what he had originally told me to go get. he made a mess BEFORE I walked thru with his materials and claimed I did it. I do not recommend these people there properties have bad problems and they steal your deposit. The owners son does not have a contractors license and is doing DIY work.

IF YOU LIKE PEOPLE TO INVADE YOUR PRIVACY AND HARASS YOU, PLEASE BE MY GUEST! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOT EVEN TO HAVE A POT TO PISS IN! These individuals have no regard for privacy or respect of their tenants! It’s ridiculous that they are that unprofessional and are still in business! These people don’t deserve YOUR business! The very fact that they don’t think giving you a simple call back regarding the property or that they can’t seem to understand the simplicity of communication! The space isn’t even worth the cost to rent !

Very rude and disrespectful. Does not know to be professional with tenants. Falsely acuses tenants of a mess he makes. Will walk into your house without you knowing there is someone looking around your private living area. Would not recommend. Very offensive and will take months to come fix something that happens in the living area that was not caused by the tenants.
