I regret that I didn't see the reviews on this company before we decided to rent the apartment. We lived in 350 South Oakland Ave., Pasadena, CA for 7.5 months. I totally agreed with all the bad reviews on this company. ("This company is Faking extortion", "They charge nearly half of deposit, even it is clean", "this building has plumbing problem and they charge you an arm and a leg every time a plumber comes to fix it" I should let everyone know how bad this company like a robber. Please, DO NOT PLAN TO LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT !. While we lived there, there were actually 3 times plumbing problems in the sink in the kitchen. I have been living in my unit for less than 6 months and just received a notification about a rent increase, effective next month. Um - really? According to the notification it's due to the rising operating costs of utilities, insurance, etc. But if they were really monitoring the rising costs then I wouldn't just receive a 30 day notice.

If you are looking for descent functional place to live, STAT AWAY from these rats, by the far the worse management, most unprofessional dogs, lying and stealing is what they do best. When inquiring for an apartment they act decent and friendly but rest assures they street filth. They’ll enter your apartment without your permission; they go over your stuff, looking for goods to steal. And act ignorant Rest assures these people are a combination of high school dropouts and street filth conceal as professionals. The building are always in need repair, the pipes are rusted, water shut off three times a weeks, the A/C are old and can barely cool the units for what you’ll paid for electricity and gas use it to get a better apartment, managed by real professional.
