I honestly can't say enough amazing things about Karen Craig. She is the most amazing Rockstar of a woman. There is never a time I can't go to her for anything. Even with the difficult stuff, she's always so happy and pleasant. She is always so cheerful and genuinely happy to help. I know I will never use another title company/closer.... at least for my listings or if I can help it. :)
