Promenade Place

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Promenade Place Apartments so far. The management team is outstanding — very responsive, understanding, and always willing to help. They made my move from out of state so easy, even making special accommodations for my move-in timing and helping me through the whole process. A big thank you to Danika and Stephanie — they’ve both been incredible since day one! The building is always spotless. Honestly, the cleanest apartment building in the area. What’s even more impressive is that, despite already being one of the cleanest and best-maintained buildings around, the management is always working to renovate and update the facilities and hallways to keep everything fresh and modern. Having been a resident of Promenade Place for several years I have dealt with numerous staff members of the maintenance team, all of whom have been competent and reliable, Lately I have had the good fortune to have dealt with Mustache Mike. He is a step beyond. He has responded immediately to my concerns, taken care of the issues with a smile and to my total satisfaction. I know I can count on his expertise to get the job done and done well. Thank you Mustache Mike!

We lived at this community for 3 years and really enjoyed the amenities and proximity to everything especially the free concerts in the park just behind the community. The former management team wasn’t very communicative and the new management team is doing their best to make it better for the residents. We bought a home so we decided to move but I wanted to share these photos of our two bedroom two bath with a den. Great space, great finishes in the home and we really appreciate the team: Abby, Helen, Courtney and Levi for making time to sit with us and go over the move out process.

I am a resident at Promenade. My gas fireplace was not working. Grey star hired Pete’s Plumbing to do the repair. I wish I had written down the technician’s name. He had to replace quite a few he had to replace quite a few parts. He was great. He totally kept his composure and kept informed on everything he was doing. I would totally recommend him and Pete’s plumbing for future repairs.

On two separate occasions a month apart (the first in early Sept and the second Oct 8) we found piles of resident mail opened and emptied in the maintenance storage room on the 9th floor of building 1. I have met with the team twice. The first time, they told me they'd be checking that room every day. Today, a month later, they told me they never checked. I had also given a list of residents that were impacted by this in Sept. When I asked if they followed up with residents, they said they did not. Management has not shown the ability to follow through even though they've told me their action steps in an in-person meeting. Extremely disappointed.
