Promenade Luxury Apartments

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, and unfortunately the experience has been really frustrating. First off, the gates are constantly broken. I can’t even count how many times they’ve been “fixed,” only to stop working again shortly after. There have been two different mornings where I literally couldn’t leave for work because the gate wouldn’t open. I sat there going back and forth in my car hoping the sensors would trigger. That’s unacceptable when people have jobs to get to. They offer valet trash, but honestly it makes things worse. Some residents leave their trash sitting outside all day, and when the bags leak, it leaves nasty smells and stains in the hallways. The elevators often smell too, which just adds to the overall lack of cleanliness. The pool is another issue. In

Not luxury at all! There is an ant infestation on this entire property. The elevators once broke they will not fix but they will make sure go clean the carpet in the gym. The apartments are falling apart and there is major water damage. They do not pressure wash the building so there is wasp nest and spiders everywhere. The pool is clean during the week but dirty ash on friday into the weekend. Do not rent here!

We’ve been living here for about three months, and honestly, we’re really fed up with how things are handled. They keep adding extra fees even though we already paid everything, and when we ask about it, nobody gives us a clear answer. The black tall man with bald in the office has been rude to us more than once and never tries to explain things properly — it feels like he just doesn’t care at all. It’s stressful and unfair. They call this place a luxury apartment, but I’ve never seen residents treated this badly in any “luxury” place before. My friend was thinking about moving in, but after seeing how we’ve been treated, they completely changed their mind. I really hope management takes this seriously and fixes how they treat people here.

Be aware dealing with the lady who works in the office. She tends to say whatever you want to hear just to make you happy in the moment or get you out of the office. But when it comes time to follow through on what was promised, the story changes. It’s really frustrating because you’re left feeling misled. I’d rather they just be honest upfront instead of saying things that don’t end up being true and then casting blame on you. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they have lied to me a few times now about different issues.

Opposite of luxury! Had complaints sent to management and per their app, the maintenance was already completed but no one showed up. Elevator always not working and management seem to not care. Front gate not working and you have to go around the other building to enter/exit. Lots of dog poop, dirty hallways and areas smelling like weed. Find other places to stay, if I were you. Expensive rent not worth it.
