Promenade at Belleair Apartments

Renee was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the community thoroughly, and made the entire leasing process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to call home. If you’re touring or considering leasing here, I highly recommend asking for Renee, she made such a positive impression and truly went above and beyond!

Update: Travis (Maintenance) has been great and really helped resolve issues! He is 5 star, for sure and a great employee!! I work in customer service so I know who is good :) Travis handled a situation today which has had a lot of back and forth and is getting our ducts cleaned! He and Jose also stayed quite late on Saturday to handle our water heater. Jose worked at really getting it done :) Jose also showed up immediately when we had a toilet issue yesterday night, which was probably past his working hours (not sure how that works for them). I wanted to note that here too, because Jose has been here to work through the recent issues. ------ However, this doesn't change my overall experience which is laid out below in my earlier review (which was one star, I moved it to two due to T

Lived here for 6 years, rent always paid on time. Constant bug problems that their pest control couldn’t solve, and the bathroom upstairs would leak through the roof and trip the breaker in 2 rooms. When my lease was ending I told them I would not renew. They offered to move me to a different apartment but I’d have to pay month to month in the 2 months it would take to prepare! I told them no I’ll just move, and now they’re charging me fees for not informing them!

Just renewed my lease! Originally my partner and I had only planned on staying for a year. However, we absolutely love it here and decided to stay longer! The reason being is because management does a great job at making you feel at home. I have absolutely no complaints. When hurricane Milton hit us, unfortunately we were all out of power for a few days. I had never seen a community work together the way we all did! Thank you to management at Promenade at Belleair, you guys are awesome!!
