Made the place clearer then when we moved in and still had a 200 dollar Cleaning charge. Also why have a $50 a month pet fee if it doesn't help with animal damages. Only got 121 between my roommate for a 819 dollars deposit. Would rate zero if I could

Easy process and Jez continuously stayed available to answer any questions that I had. The process was explained very well and everything was smooth from beginning to end.

Charged 1100 dollars on move out for basically nothing. Lived in the apartment for 7 months absolutely minimalisticly no holes in the walls nothing. If I could give them no stars I would!!!

Update as of 5-29-24: DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM PROLIFIC!!! Keep in mind they filter out the bad comments on their Facebook page. Many community programs, such as Goodwill, refuse to work with Prolific because they are so incompetent. please! Reach out to me if you have questions and I will show you just how poorly they treat their tenants and how dispicable and made up their website is. I have many many pictures of how dirty the apartment was upon move in. Prolific scheduled a tour while the previous occupant was still living there so I didn't see it in a "ready to rent" state until prolific handed me the key 2 weeks later but made me pay for the whole month. They spent the 1st 2 weeks of the month doing "maintence". Needless to say, plenty of maintance was needed upon a new tenants (my) m
