I rented a unit from David Miller off of hazel street in 2020. My unit quickly became infested with bed bugs from a neighbor across the hall. After several attempts to figure out this situation and having to get rid of all of my furniture, he allowed the crack head across the hall to live there without inspection and resolution. He tried to file eviction after I had vacated premises, due to the premises being a complete dump. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
Since David recommended a professional inspection instead of the friend we discovered a sewer problem that saved us $$$. A friend bought a house thu him and didn’t want a termite policy and he talked him into it and they found the house was infested with termites! Sherry M
