THIS IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY. AVOID IF POSSIBLE! These people are currently completing my parents apartment and this has to be the most unprofessional remodeling of an apartment that I have ever seen. These workers sanded the apartment and left tons of dust all over the apartment and did not attempt to sweep up the dust. In addition, they are mixing cement and all other hazardous materials inside the apartment and not ensure there is proper ventilation. Meanwhile, everyone in my parents house has asthma, chronic bronchitis, and other health issues. Not only that, but the workers are constantly using our brooms, mops dustpans and then TAKING THEM WITHOUT NOTICE! I have a shopping cart missing and all the company is saying is that they will “reimburse us”. When did it become stand

The worst management ever, they should be on the public advocate's worst landlords list. They are highly unprofessional and the building I lived in the Bronx was extremely dirty. I had mice a week after moving in, dirty water, and no heat. I contacted the office several times and they never responded until I decided to move out and they wanted to charge me to "damages" to the apartment for all the issues they couldn't fix. AVOID THIS MANAGEMENT IF YOU CAN !

This company is by far the worse I have ever dealt with. They are not responsive and highly unprofessional. I live in a new building in spring creek area of Brooklyn. They took tenants payments to move into the building and them when it’s time pay your rent they said we owed 3-4 months worth of rent. Like how??!! When you contact the management and legal department NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, THEY DON’T RETURN CALLS AFTER MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS, THEY DON’T REPLY TO EMAILS EITHER. RUN AWAY FAST!! The building is beautifully made and the apartments are amazing but it’s definitely NOT WORTH it they are unprofessional and unresponsive and irresponsible and they don’t need to be in business.

Absolutely irresponsible office. I used to be a tenant many years ago, and the building intercom is still connected to my cell phone nr so I get calls in the middle of the night, any time of the day, despite me asking them (calls, emails) to disconnect me from their intercom. I will be looking into taking legal actions because this is my privacy.

Paid my rent recently and sent to address ON MY LEASE just to be told that the address has changed to a Florida address since my move in! Why wasn’t this updated ON MY LEASE? And why wasn’t I informed AHEAD OF TIME?? This is my first apartment and honestly this rent process along with the fact that I still can’t get the super to come look at my gas stove that won’t turn on (which gas is included in my rent), let’s me know what to expect going forward. I’m highly disappointed and this has put a damper on my first apartment experience so far.
