Progressive Apartments Perry #2

Before we moved we already saw cockroaches AND WE TRIED EVERYTHING to get rid of em. Also when the neighbors spray or bomb for cockroaches THEY ALL COME TO YOU, also they put a eviction ON everybody's doors FOR NO REASON. I would highly recommend to look into a different company.

everytime i try to call the perry office i always get a recording that says the office is be managed by the mannford office and it leaves a number. i called the mannford number given and it goes to a recording that doesnt give an option to talk to a real person all you can do is leave a message. the place is surrounded by people doing drugs they are trashy and the place has bedbugs and roaches.

I had a few things that needed to be fixed in my apartment when I lived there that never got fixed I told them numerous times and then they would put health and safety letters on your door that read if we don’t let the management know about the things that needed to be fixed then they would be evicted I had one manager come to my door and tell me she was going to charge me $5’s a day for a trap that they requested to trap a skunk because it walk on my patio I feel that the management was very rude to the tenants and the management is very lazy….
