Progress Residential

Been with progress residential for 3 months and I have had such an awesome experience with all of the maintenance men locally. Dion has been several times and has been amazing. Most recently my drain pipe for my washer was backed up and he took care it of all the while keeping me informed. Calvin also was delighted to work with. These men are definitely setting the tone for timely and efficient fixes.

Dion is incredibly friendly and truly cares about people. Every time he has come to do maintenance on our home, he remembers me and that I am a teacher and really works hard to get things fixed for us in a timely manner. Calvin also came with him and has always gone over and beyond for me and my family. Calvin always tries to come up with the best maintenance recommendations and solutions. They are an amazing team of guys and I know when either of them show up to my home, we are in good hands!

I just moved in and Calvin was absolutely AMAZING! He quickly addressed the issues that I had and he was very thorough, helpful and happy to do so. I had a few issues and thought I may be an annoyance to him but he was patient, kind and assured me that he was happy to fix the issues. He has definitely set the bar extremely high for customer service at Progress Residential! They are blessed to have him as he is indeed a strong asset to their company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Calvin the maintenance guy is The Guy. He is top tier in my book. He fixed what needed to be fixed, he listened to what the problem was and did his thing. Im very greatful because ive had bad experiences with maintenance in previous residents that ive been in and Calvin has excel above them all. Thank you so much Calvin keep up the good work. Hands down 5 stars for both Dion and Calvin!☺️👏🏾I just moved in and was told to fix things that were the issues in the home and as quick as I put a work order in, it was accepted within hours. Dion came the first time and fixed the issue with my garage in mintues! ☺️It was a small issue but he did it with no problem☺️He also took the time to hear other issues within my home and gave me great info about my smart home👌🏾Calvin came the second time for the couple of issues in my home and showed out! Definitely went over and beyond and gave me so much knowledge on the things he was fixing . This time I did have a few issues that needed fixing and Dion came as well and helped and nothing was rigged like your typical apartment maintenance 😂They both did every issue down to a T, had me check it ou
