I'm always super impressed with the maintenance service I receive anytime I have an issue, big or small. Calvin and Chris just did a fantastic job addressing my home's needs! They are both very easy-going, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are also genuinely kind guys who want to help in any way they can, which makes the experience even better. Response times are always quick and issues are always resolved correctly the first time around. It's quite a breath of fresh air compared to previous living situations. I have been a tenant with the company for almost four years. After doing a Rent Check, the company had sent a 3rd party Landscaping Service to take care of the lawn, without first communicating with me back in late August and had charged me the fee for the service. I was already negotiating with a guy about providing service for me, but I was waiting until I had the funds to take care of it. I was shocked to see my account was extremely higher than normal, so I contacted customer service about the matter. Calvin is hands down the best maintenance man I’ve ever had! His ability to assess the issue and know what to do is insane! He is very detailed and professional and I feel confident my issues will be resolved that day when I see him pulling up! Not to mention he has a very easy going personality that makes me feel comfortable when he is in my home. All thumbs up!
