Progress Homes of Central Florida, LLC

I have been in my Progress Home for almost 3 years and in that time, I’ve had issues with multiple internal and external structural issues, including the kitchen island panel not secured properly, the kitchen floorboard also not attached properly, faulty faucet, leaking doorknob and poor weather stripping, loose towel rod in the master bathroom and more recently, wind damage and water entry through both my master bedroom and other bedroom windows due to Hurricane Elsa. I have tried to call the “office” phone multiple times and all that happens is multiple rings that go to a generic voicemail message, resulting in the voicemail box being full. I rarely review a place I've not dealt with directly but the poor business practices my friends have had dealing with this company is truly ridiculous. No return phone calls, lack of follow through, property line disputes, hidden costs etc...I just called the number for Prigress Homes. It says leave a message or visit our website. No mailbox and no website.

Just beware of Progress Homes deception. My experience with Progress Homes was a nightmare. Maria assured us of the closing date. According to her she had confirmed it with Elisa and building manager. We gave notice at our apartment complex counting on the information we got from Maria and Elisa. We found ourselves homeless. We were force to cancelled the contract with Progress Homes. Their lack of communication didn't allow us to plan accordingly for the delay. I have been renting a home for about 4 months now. Since moving in there have been problems with the fridge, leaking water in random spots in our house, as well as our AC unit being broken and constantly running so running up our electricity bill. We have been desperately trying to contact progress and get it sorted out. They have told us to put in work order after work order and progress representatives show up for maybe 10 minutes tops and then leave telling us to put in another work order. Our bills are rising with every month in utilities and electricity when we were sold a broken house. My roommates and I are close to getting a lawyer because of their negligence. This has been the worst experience and we will not be renting through progress next year. Or ever.

Office employees do not know what they are doing. Blank expressions, no words,,,, I mean they ran my Mothers credit 20 times,,, WHY???? Now she has to wait 6 months for her credit to go back up. 😔😫🤕😠
