Professional Title

We don’t recommend doing business with Professional Title for a number of reasons. We contacted them on 01/22/2021 and requested a quote for a title search and title insurance for an investment property we had recently purchased. On 01/29/2021 they requested we forward the address of the property. On 02/03/2021 they emailed us and told us they had ordered a title search. We hadn’t given them the approval to order a title search and were still waiting for a quote for title insurance and a title search. We were taken aback by this, but having bought and sold many properties we know that title searches usually cost $350-400 and title insurance based on the purchase price should be somewhere around $300-350 and we would allow them to proceed with doing the title search.
