My husband and I remodeled our house and Duke helped us in every area. His communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail was excellent. We are so happy we hired professional services unlimited to help with our project.

This is the second property that Professional Services Unlimited has inspected for us. Duke and his staff are professional and efficient. His inspections are always right on the mark! He has saved us thousands of dollars and countless headaches! We will be calling him today for another inspection.

This was by far the most comprehensive home expection I had ever encountered. Duke was extremely thorough in not only explaining what he found but also took extra time in showing in detail. His 47 years experience is very evident in his reports and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for either buying or selling a home.

I had Mr. Brown inspect my house before purchasing it. He went over it with a fine-toothed comb, checking from the roof to the crawl space and everywhere in between, taking pictures of everything he noted. He provided me with a detailed report including all the pictures, along with repair estimates for everything he saw needed work before we purchased and moved in. He is very thorough and professional.

We chose this individual based off of local and being reviewed highly. He came out and what we didn't know was he put on paper that do to our proximity to the ash coal issue would do power that he would be skeptical of the whale for our property. When are Bank found out about this we were denied our loan and we were already well into the process so we got denied and then denied by other Banks because of his choice of words which we were miles outside the warning cone of the power. Weve got the state involved now...the worst part of it all is even Duke power said that we were miles outside the edge of the warning cone and if there was nothing to suggest that we had any type of contamination.but all the banking institutes rely on his choice of words and will not loan due to this issue becaus
