This is the worst rental agency I have every rented from. I lived here for a year as a military veteran and just moved out in may 2022 and this is the worst rental company of all time. I tried to ignore the negative comments about these people but all the negative comments are true reality. I never seen a agency that doesn’t want to fix anything and always have a nasty attitude but want rent on time. And when you moved out don’t bother cleaning up the place because they make up repair numbers/quotes just to keep from giving your deposit back. Avoid renting from this agency if possible . If I could give this agency a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would.

When you ask For the Virginia rental mortgage relief program Forms they act like they don’t know I will not send them to you for you to fill out. Customer service is very very poor if you have any kind of issues they will put you off .And will do anything to keep from reimbursing you what they Own you because you had to call out A plumber because they will take daytime sending someone out and as far as for the air conditioning and heating couple of weeks ago it was 22° and they will not send anyone out . But instead they will tell you to use your money to go buy space heaters. I have Crohn’s disease and they were aware of it there was waste on the floor and they would send a plumber out to fix it. Instead they tried to find every way possible to say it was my fault.

I was preparing to rent my townhouse and found Professional Real Estate Management on-line. They were receptive and responsive to my needs and flexible to my schedule. They helped me get my place rented in under 30 days of it posting, and walked me through the leasing process so that I am able to manage my own property.

Rented from them 1 yr, still waiting for my deposit. I gave my 60 day notice and they sent me a letter saying I owe rent for this month when I dont even live there. They said it was an error and I should get deposit Wednesday. That was 8 days ago! Trash company!

Lived here for over 3 years owner, management, and maintenance are great. Very quiet dispite the location!
