Professional Property Management

Professional Property Managment recently changed ownership a month ago. Up to that change the staff and personally were professionally ran and we used their services for seven years. However, the new managment now combined with Vantage Propery Managmen turned out imediatly be a joke and we lost a month of increased rent with the outgoing Professional Managment customer transfer debacle actually loosing our keys and other information that caused unfortunately a delay and several trips to recover and transfer the keys ourselves for our rental tenants. We found a great new property management company in Truedoor Property Managment out of Redlands CA. Blanca was a big help though and the only one that knew what was what in the years that we did have great service over the last seven years! I

I just want to say I really disagree with all these negative reviews. Blanca and the whole team have been an amazing help! She helped me tour and apply for my new home same day I called. We were approved and moving in the following week. Found the perfect home for my growing family and thankful for everything thus far! I unfortunately had to call for maintenance request twice now but they did not hesitate to come out and fix each of the problems all that same week! I couldn’t believe how on it they were. 100% recommend anyone looking for the new home to go through this amazing team.

They kept $1000.00 of my security deposit and said they had to repaint the home. The problem is that I was only there a year and it was new paint when I moved in. When I moved out the home was in better condition than when I moved in. I had the home and the carpet professionally cleaned and I even used their approved cleaners, they even charged me for cleaning after it was cleaned. They would not agree to a walk through and instead told me to follow their move out instructions and I would receive my deposit back but not so, they kept half of it. The fence in the back yard was falling apart and they had ordered a repair service to come out and fix it but I had already repaired it for free saving them over $300.00. Very disappointed in the way I was treated by Carla who showed me the property at 238 E Belmont Ave, Rialto Ca. Let's just say I was disqualified for the house due to the color of my skin 🤬. Credit nor money wasn't a problem for me ALL my documents were in tact. Professional property management is a JOKE ‼️ They need to really consider changing they company name to "UNPROFESSIONAL Property Management". Just off who they have representing their establishment shows alot about the company itself rude and bias. And being that after leaving a message to speak with a Supervisor someone over her I was unable to. Instead Carla called back "twice" to retaliate and informed me that there is no one else to speak to other than her. And that she's gonna send my application back by mail NEVER experience

My experience with PPM has been outstanding! Excellent customer service. The staff is helpful and friendly. I am happy in my home that I have lived in now a little over a year and no problems. Anytime things need to be fixed it is done in a timely manner and I'm a happy tenant.
