Extremely disappointed in my experience with Jason and Deborah. I’ve been very interested in two of their units off F street. First red flag is the constant lag in communication and me having to follow up with interest. Once I set a time for a viewing (which I had to take time off work for), Jason ghosted me and failed to show up. I sent a follow up email after once again stating my interest in the units despite the unprofessionalism and was ghosted without any follow up. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any property management in Sacramento. I’m so disappointed but maybe this was a sign that their property management is not worth living under.

I had such a wonderful experience with Professional Property Management in Folsom, CA! Miranda and Deborah were absolutely amazing — from start to finish, they were kind, professional, and endlessly supportive throughout the rental process. They made everything so easy and stress-free, always going above and beyond to answer my questions and help with every detail. Their communication was prompt, clear, and caring, and they truly made me feel like a valued tenant. I can’t thank them enough for their patience, knowledge, and genuine effort in helping me find the perfect home. Highly recommend working with Miranda, Deborah, and the entire team at Professional Property Management!

Its been five months since I moved out and I still haven't received my security deposit. Even though they say they have sent it twice. Very difficult to get a hold of.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and their agent, Jason Henning. After confirming an appointment for a rental showing via email for Wednesday at 11:00 AM AND Jason Henning NEVER showed up, I drove out, wasting gas and time, and i found out by him that that the property had already received applications as of Monday—something that was never communicated to me beforehand. For a place called Professional Property Management, There's nothing professional about standing a potential tenant up for 30 minutes and never showing up even after confirming the appointment. Adding to the frustration, Jason’s claim that he didn’t email me was completely untrue, as I have proof of correspondence from his exact email address. BEWARE of 4225 Torrey Grove in Granite Bay and the Professional Property Management team!! Deborah and Miranda are the worst property management team we've ever dealt with. They're rude, terse, and do not care about their tenants OR the property owners they represent. In regards to 4225, the owner also does not care about the condition of the house and has no regard for you as a renter. I'll leave his name out as a courtesy. Miranda and Deborah will not pick up the phone and will not call you back. The best they will offer you is a short email written with disgust for you.
