My experience with Pro X has been great. Communication, in all aspects, has been incredible including signing the lease, move in, and maintenance on the home. I have mainly dealt with Kaye and Eden. Both have been responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I had one maintenance issue in the home that was no fault of Pro X. It was really just normal wear and tear on an older home. They had someone out to fix it in a very timely manner. You always worry when renting that you are going to deal with some slum lord who does not care about their tenants. Pro X has been the exact opposite. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property management company to rent a home from.
