Let me say, please take your money elsewhere. This company helps you get into a place yes but the place you’re moving into is falling apart. They take your rent and they pocket it all. They only fix what is necessary. They do the bare minimum the money that the tenants pay none of it goes towards the maintenance of the building They do minor fixing It takes them weeks and sometimes months to get back to you to fix things that need to be fixed when I moved in three months ago I was told that my vent was clean and I had a brand new filter today, August 6 2025 I know this place is cheap but you have to ask yourself. Why is it cheap? It’ll be nice if they were at least taking some of our money to do repairs like they’re supposed to, but they are not.😞😞 And as of August 6, 2025, I still do not

I am a homeowner and live next to a rental. They have an extremely overgrown tree on the property and haven’t took care of it for years and my poor mother-in-law had to pay for some of the tree services. I’ve called multiple times complaining about this tree. They either hang up on me put me on hold or tell me that it’s not my problem, extremely disappointed in this group I don’t know what else to do. I guess I’m gonna have to take it up with a lawyer or with Edison or with code enforcement. What a complete horrible place and I feel so sorry for people that have to rent from them

There is absolutely nothing "professional" about pro management. No matter how urgent your problem is, no matter how on time you pay your rent, they will not do the one job they are being paid to do; service your basic living needs. I’ve dealt with constant plumbing flood problems completely ruining personal expensive items of mine, poor quality repairs, zero communication of the managers, and they have the audacity to raise rent often or shut off water to the whole complex randomly. Problems are never permanently fixed, only poorly and temporarily fixed until they fall apart again. If you're lucky enough to actually get one of the office workers to pick up the phone after calling multiple times, don’t expect urgency or real human concern from them. Not recommended look else where. Their places are infested and when it comes for them to fix pluming or leaks or anything that’s wrong, they won’t fix it. Always Paid my rent early so they know us when they see us. Should’ve just paid late and gave them a hard time. But anyways glad I’m no longer with them !

If you have children, I would have your vents cleaned and make sure that you have filters. Make sure that you have an inspection come in and have it done on the apartment before you move in even if you have to pay For it to make sure that the building is safe before you move in I know it’s cheap but there’s a reason… you know, I know that duct tape solves a lot of problems, but I don’t think this is Upto code to use for tenants apartments. They use duct tape and then just paint it over the duct tape and said it was fixed. This is how they fix stuff in their apartment buildings they use putty they use duct, tape, and lots of paint And say it’s fixed.😭😭😭😞😞 I don’t know about you, but this is not how you run a business.
