This was my first experience using a Title Company for the sale of a property. The process was well explained and I received all the help I needed to get my information to them. They allowed the time I needed and made everything very easy. Tyson Allen met with the buyer on their schedule which was not during regular working hours. It was very helpful. Very poor experience. Zero communication. Nothing like not receiving the closing settlement until 6:45 on a Friday, with errors, and when the notary shows up (out of state sale) at 9am Monday, nothing has been done, so an hour is wasted just fixing and confirming things that should have already been done. Then the next day to be told they didn't reverify the mortgage pay off (from nearly 3 weeks ago) as the closing was pushed back, so their numbers were wrong. Then once again a week later getting sent a document to sign that somehow was missed. Is this really who you want to trust with a quarter of a million dollars or more to buy or sell a home? Absolutely not!
