Management is super friendly. Harley, Monica, and Erika seem to be really involved with all and seem very hands on. My apartment had some issues but maintenance addressed them very quickly and promptly! Over all my experience has been great.

I had to change my 2 star to 1. If I could afford legal aid I feel that there is a serious lawsuit against them. I am a teacher and not available to physically go in during office hours which seems to be the only way to get ahold of them. I have had plumbing issues in the past with low water in the toilet (among other things) of my “fully renovated” apartment. The toilet plumbing has never been addressed. I had put in a maintenance request on Thursday bc waste is not flushing. It’s now Saturday and no resolution or contact. I attempted calling but I hardly get through on the phone to them. They had some kind of “Halloween party” during office hours yesterday and didn’t answer the phone or respond to this emergency. I’ve had so many problems with them and pay over 1500 for a 1 bed 3rd floo

Don't live here, they break their own lease rules. Parking is terrible here! When you sign your lease they go over in detail about how you need a parking tag and show you a map of where your visitors need to park in the back. Now Monica has told my mother that visitor's can park any where they want besides the paid covered parking spots and they don't need a tag as long as they are visiting a resident. I pay $1900 a month with all the cam and pet rent fees to not have a place to park. So visitor's can park in tenant's spaces. If you're not home by 6 or 6:30 you will have to park out on the street on Corrales. So are they breaking their own leasing rules?? I will attach all the signs that say you need a parking tag and where visitors need to park. I've had a car with no tags parked in front

Was a Pleasure living here for a couple years. Staff was always friendly and eager to help. Harley (property manager) was the absolute best!

I lived here for a year and I can tell people to stay clear. It was SO EXPENSIVE!!! For a two bedroom apartment I paid more per month than I do my current three bedroom house. There were quite a few roaches in the kitchen and bathroom drains, leading to a lot of anxiety. I paid for trash service every single month (required) and got written up for leaving my trash where they said they would pick it up for service. My main complaint is the parking, there is nothing like coming home from a 12 hour shift just to have to park in visitor parking (in one of the last spaces available on the whole property) and walk back to my apartment. For this price I really recommend saving some money and checking out another complex in Cottonwood Corners.
