I’ve never written a review, but I felt strongly compelled to because of how impressed I’ve been with Prism Realty! This is my first time renting and I feel so lucky that I found them, especially since moving here from out of state and being unfamiliar with the area. They are readily available to me and I truly felt cared for by all the staff. They make me feel individualized and put their entire effort into making sure I’m satisfied. I remember needing a new microwave and they were on it right away! They had a brand new one sent to me within a couple days! The maintenance crew has been so impressive. I asked if it was possible to get a shower head with a handle, and the maintenance man happily said of course, and literally went and got a brand new one and installed that day! It’s no overs

These are the world's absolute worst people to ever have. They charge outrageous. And DO NOT do anything. I pay 260 per month and they don't do anything. Nothing at all and want to argue with you over the phone. Parking lot is a mess.. dead bushes.. grass looks horrible.. clogged pipes that they won't call the plumber. List is endless. These are the worse to have.

Hello. I have been a tenant with this company going on 3 years now . I have never missed a payment nor have I have been late with rent. The company recently misplaced my rental check for the second time. The first time they found the check but this second time they have not. I followed up with Prism Realty when I noticed the check had not been deducted from my account. The secretary (Melissa) told me originally she had the check to come back later in the day and tell me they did not. I believe wholeheartedly that the office misplaced my check. I told the office manager I was willing to write another check if they would cover the bank fees associated with me having to void the check. Legit worst place ever. Not to mention none of their homes exteriors are up to FHA or HUD standards meaning. You cannot sell your property because they refuse to do their job and then have the audacity to call your realtor asking if it sold yet. Wish I could give NO stars. This company is the worst. Last month they charged my sister in law, who has dementia, over $300 to remove a sofa that was left in front of her four unit condo based on a phone call to their office saying it was hers. It was not but rather belong to the tenant upstairs that moved out. When confronted they were very rude and would not acknowledge the mistake or apologize. They did however agree to remove the charges as well as the late fees but today we just got this month's bill and the charges are still there plus an additional late fee attached. Verges on criminal considering my sister in law is disabled with dementia requiring 24 hour care. If it were not for us watching out for this type of thing she would have paid it. Despicable.
