They offer a 120 day warranty after the inspection, as well as, a product called Home Binder that keeps you on track for your home maintenance. I am extremely happy with their service!

The inspector Randy Boise was totally awesome and so was the the termite inspector They both went over the property with great diligence and made a very thorough report. I had my inspection emailed to me by the end of the day and have since continued to receive very helpful emails and good information regarding opportunities and ways to care for my home. You can’t go wrong with this company, I feel lucky to have selected them for my inspection. They are totally professional, honest, timely, affordable, and reputable. Awesome group of people.
