My Expierence at Priority one title was by far the best Expierence I’ve ever had with a title company, Dulce was the one to help us and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in a smooth fast matter. I will recommend her to all my friends and family this company made everything stress free!

Unfortunately, our experience with Priority One Title was far from professional. Throughout the transaction, there were repeated delays and inaccurate responses from their team. Most concerning, they collected and disbursed funds that did not match the Closing Disclosure provided by their team just days before closing. Even more alarming, the lender confirmed that the numbers they received were different from ours — a major red flag. One that wasn't presented till after closing. When these issues were raised, the Priority One team refused to take responsibility, leaving us to correct the financial discrepancies ourselves. Holly was exceptional to work with and was extremely kind and helpful through all of our interactions. She explained things patiently even when I had to ask more than once or didn't understand something and went out of her way to answer even unusual questions. I didn't have a choice in the title company chosen, but I would choose to use Priority One Title again if I need to.

Since our seller picked the title company, we did not have a choice in using this company. The gentleman who did our closing was very vocal about his political views, his disdain for my name, and when I had a question about some paperwork said “I don’t know” and kept going. On top of that, we were very surprised to find out that they scheduled the sellers to close the next day, despite being contracted to close today. We don’t have the keys to the house and are in a limbo period now. When we asked him why we were not notified that they scheduled us on different days, he said it was not his problem and that it was between us and the seller. Actually, it is exactly his job.
