Princeton Terrace Residential Community

I live in the community adjacent to the new Princeton development. They took over our parking lot and have been storing their supplies without compensating or asking the home owners. They have occupied our land for almost 2 years when we were initially promised they would move their supplies and we would have our spots back in two weeks. They have plenty of space they could store their supplies in their land but have decided to keep their open land clear and green to appeal to their buyers. They are not an ethical company and I would expect their community to be just as poorly managed.

This Princeton Terrace community is beautiful, centrally located in Sandy and impressive! We like the local choices, nearby entertainment and interests, such as Hale Theatre, great restaurants, and Sandy Amphitheater. This location will make our commute easier to SLC, with the close freeway and Trax. My daughter and I viewed the cottage homes and condominiums, we loved all the gorgeous upgrades, and basement finishing options these homes offered! We have dogs, and P.T. neighborhod park is wonderful with the dogwalk and trails. I also like the garden boxes, that will allow me to create my own personal garden. We are seriously considering Princeton Terrace as our future home; with fantastic location and amenities it offers our family.

While a more lengthy and detailed review is pending, I can honestly say that purchasing a home in a Vesta development has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences of my life. The quality is sub-par and the customer focus of the company and the people it hires is non- existent. If I could ask for a refund or give a lower rating, I most certainly would. I would encourage any conscientious consumer to learn from my mistake and look elsewhere to meet their housing needs.

This has been a great place for my family and is close to everything we love to do. It’s a great location and I have really enjoyed it so far. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Called two weeks ago for information and have yet to hear back - I’d be super scared to live there knowing it may take weeks to hear back!
