PRINCETON PLACE APARTMENTS

Great place to start your stay in Worcester. . This is my sixth month in Princeton place Apartments, so far so good. I will list out couple of important things which I feel is worth saying about. . Location :- it’s a good place to stay if you’re working in UMass memorial , 12 mins walk. 3-4 min drive to union station. . Moving from abroad :- So if you are coming from abroad and wanting to start living in an apartment without the drama of physical tour, this place is recommended. It makes life so much more easier. most apartments around Worcester require you to come and take physical tour. We were able to see the apartment size and dimensions and sign up for the lease online. I have been living in these apartments with my children for a year now, and I enjoy every single day here! The apartments are clean, freshly renovated, and filled with natural light. They are simply perfect. From my window, I have a beautiful view of the pool and tennis court. The surrounding area is stunning, especially in the summer when it is covered in blooming flowers and impeccably maintained. I would especially like to highlight the staff—they are incredibly welcoming, true professionals, and always ready to assist with any request. The complex also hosts frequent community events with food and drinks, which create a wonderful atmosphere for residents. My husband and I moved here almost 3 months ago, and so far so good! Every single staff I've encountered so far- maintenance people, leasing staff, and Kristen- has been incredibly nice, efficient, and caring. I had a huge special request soon after moving in, and they took care of it very very quickly. Kristen continued to update me throughout the whole process even after work hours to ensure I'm ok. The maintenance staff also worked really hard to finish the whole project within one day, and I'm beyond grateful for everyone involved! Other than this big event, maintenance has also been super fast in fixing big and small things. It really does feel like PPL cares about their residents here. The amenities are amazing. I was blessed to call this place my home for 3 years. This is a perfect place for a family with a very active community. Its safe, clean and spacious. The support staff including the admin office and maintenance is phenomenal. The rents are reasonable for what they offer and the holiday events/amenities are icing on cake. I will choose it again if I ever move to Worcester.

We moved to Worcester for my fellowship. The move went very smooth. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There complex was quiet. There were no loud neighbors. Everyone we met was friendly and smiling. The grounds were well kept and more then ample parking! The fitness center and pool were an added bonus. The best part of Princeton place was the staff. Everyone was so very pleasant and courteous. They would go out of their way to help us. All of our maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and done correctly the first time. I would definitely recommend Princeton Place.
