The disrespect to the residents at this place is mind-blowing! When you submit a maintenance request and don’t hear anything for days, they act like you are wrong for calling them to check on it. Brandon, the maintenance man, stormed into my house reeking of alcohol and it is extremely unprofessional. Jasmine at the office is also extremely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever; she will make you feel like you are ruining her day for just calling the office. There is no communication around maintenance requests or timelines, they just expect you to be waiting 24/7 until they get to you and when you ask about it they get mad. Unless you’re desperate to go to West Side Elementary, I do not recommend this community after 2.5 years living here.

We have lived at Princeton Place since 2017. It's was a relatively decent place to live for the price. It's very close to my daughter's job - so convenience was a major factor for us. We have lived here throughout various changes of property management. The property management and staff have been pretty easy to work with up until the last year and a half. The last efficient property manager we had was a guy by the name of Tony. After he left, we could easily tell the difference. Our issues with Princeton Place are the following: Slowness in addressing maintenance request- it seems that they can’t seem to keep or have enough maintenance staff. When you think of home you should find solace, a peace in knowing you have a sanctuary to break away from the world. Finding comfort in knowing you are able to decompress from the woes of the average day. Unfortunately this is not the case if you are a resident of Princeton Place Apartment Complex. Princeton Pl., Apartment complex in Marietta Georgia is outright negligent. A apartment complex that’s had four different property management teams since residency as of June. Each property management team becoming worse with each change. From the leasing administration ignoring request, shooing or locking you out of the office; to the maintenance team neglecting requests, and verbally assaulting residents in their homes. I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years now and I would not recommend. If new management takes over, things might change, but management has changed at least three times since I’ve lived here and the maintenance requests take forever, if they are even addressed. They hardly ever answer the phone at the office, and the ladies who work there as of right now are not very professional and will give you an attitude if you push back on what they say. I don’t even know how to escalate this further, we have some important maintenance issues that have not been addressed even with multiple requests and in person conversations

This place is an absolute dump. Psychotic lady lives in one building blaring music 24/7 NON STOP, throwing weights on the floors, harassing neighbors and flooded her apartment to harass the people below her and management did nothing about it!!! NO!! Get her out and do not move here!! Oh and not to mention the roach infestation and dirty units that are “move in ready” A DUMP!!
