Princeton on Back Cove's is the absolute best. The staff is quick to respond and very friendly. Maintenance issues are quickly addressed and tracked online so tenant's know the status of them. When I moved in, the apartment was the cleanest of any apartment or home I have ever occupied - including the appliances and the inside of the cabinets. The grounds are well maintained. Even the basement where the laundry is located is clean and tidy. It is one of the best places I have ever rented! Plus, the views along the Back Cove are spectacular. Highly recommend!

I have been living at Princeton on Back Cove on and off for about 18 years, I always return to this apartment complex to rent an apartment when I am back from my travels and can easily recommend it to everyone who wants to live in Portland. The apartment complex is located by the Back Cove where you can spend time walking by the water and enjoying a quiet area of the city, throughout the year. The location is only a 6 minute ride away from the city center, it is close to bus lines and a large supermarket. Maintenance on the propriety is very reliable and prompt, and it has also improved over the years. Snow is plowed promptly and neighbors are generally quiet and respectful. I am impressed that the propriety office implements the official policies consistently. Rent prices are generally v

I am just moving in but the apartment was immaculate, the leasing office friendly and helpful, and so far everything has been smooth sailing. I now have lived her 2 1/2 years and absolutely love it. Could not improve on the view and convenience. It is an old building but very amenable to making it your own with a little creativity. Neighbors are great. Office Staff is great. Maintenance is great - very responsive and efficient and quick. I plan on living here for a long time!!!

I love my apartment at Princeton at Back Cove, I feel fortunate! A spectacular water view within a "stone's throw," within walking distance of uptown, the grocery store and spectacular neighborhood of local merchants to benefit from are just some the 'basic' features that I love. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the laundry convenient and my neighbors and their dogs are the very best anyone could ask for. There are some aspects to the apartment that are dated as it is a building that was built in the 1940's, but nothing that isn't handled well and that a renter can't work with. If I had louder neighbors or yippy dogs around me, I might feel differently as the walls aren't that well insulated, but as I said, I feel very fortunate! Deb A.

We have been so pleased with everything here so far. We moved in a little less than a month ago. We were looking for a place that was in Portland, close to 295, dog-friendly, on-site parking available as well as laundry. Princeton Properties has it all! Our neighbors are all really quiet and we love our location. Our one bedroom apartment is the perfect size for my husband and I, as well as our 3 year old dog. They also have a flexible lease which we appreciate. However, I think we will stay a lot longer than we originally intended. Thank you for making our transition so easy!
