Forest Hills Townhomes owned by Princeton Management, Apartments are severely infested with roaches and fleas. Apartments outdated- windows never replaced since property built in 1970s, no insulation, all kitchen cabinets rotted and stench of roach feces. Cheap materials along with sticker tiles that easily damage with moisture and rain from outside. Non existent insulation and windows non functional causing electrical bill of over $300 a month for a 1 bedroom with no other occupants in the unit. Beware-The management will wrongfully blame tenant for damages and keep deposit funds at end of lease. Neighborhood is very noisy and too busy with loud vehicles engines and mufflers 24/7- you won't be able to sleep. In addition to the nasty apartment conditions and chaotic neighborhood there are

What isn't there not to like !!! From registration, to moving in, everyone especially Holly were amazing. Whenever there's an issue, maintenance is right there taking care of what you need 24/7. Apartments are kept updated and I can't tell you how impressed I was. The pool is so clean🫧and open perfect hours for everyone to take advantage of. Everyone is very nice and I feel very safe.

I’ve been living at River Raisin apartments (under Princeton Management) for about 3 months now, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They (specifically Tina and Holly) were always there for me when I needed it and have provided an exceptional living experience for me at RR apts. From maintenance to general inquiries, they have always met my every need and have gone above and beyond! Thank you River Raisin and Princeton for all that you do! You are so loved! 🫶🏼

This property management company uses there employees to go against one another there is no teamwork and there properties are so run down and not kept up well. Zach and Scotty the maintenance tech there are the only thing good about that property PAM the manager talks down to people and lies. Stay away from this management company!

I've always had great experiences with the maintenance staff at Lincoln Towers Apartments in Oak Park, where I've lived for 5 years. However, the main purpose of this review is to acknowledge Dametrius, a gentleman who helped me out about a month ago with a minor furnace noise concern that turned out to be a problem with the vent valve positioning. Dametrius took the time to not only fix but also explain the reasoning behind the issue to me so that I can handle it on my own if it happens again in the future. Thank you, Dametrius, and the lovely maintenance team at Lincoln Towers!
