We moved into our Princeton Home over 3 years ago and Martha Landis was great to work with. We had a few minor issues as any home build does and Martha was always prompt to respond and handle anything to fix our issue. I have even reached out to her recently on paint colors we used and again, she promptly responded. One big thing we had an issue with was our stove not working as it should and Martha got us a new one not once, but twice when we moved in and it was promptly installed. Building a home can be quite the stress on all parties and Martha was quick to put all the stress to rest.

Martha does an absolutely amazing job managing people, has phenomenal people skills, and was great to work with. She helped me build my dream home that we mad tons of special adjustments to and she was very patient during the process. Love the way she goes about her job, always a smile on her face and love the way my home turned out! Could not recommend her more!
