Prince Plaza Apartments

we're being threatened to be evicted as our lease ends this month because of a minor infraction due to the landlord's incompetence and unwillingness to let tenants know what is going to happen during inspections. He originally told us it would only be 15 minutes for the secondary inspection from the pest control. Come to find out it's going to be an hour and a half already late in the evening. We were in the process of taking more things to our new house while they did this so it was an inconvenience and we told them that they could not continue. The next day we get a notice on our door saying you are here by notified presumant to Arizona revised statues 33-1368 that you have breached the terms of your lease agreement. Specifically, you have breached the rental agreement as follows. Goes d

The apts are small and roaches run frim one apartment to the other depending on which building or and apt being sprayed at the time... They raise rent every year too. Displacing people on SS.. On the bright side it's close to Dairy Queen!!

i miss it here. the property has changed over the years. the staff and management really do try and take care of the residents here and do more than they supposed to. ive seen alot of changes since leaving. :D one i will return. XOXO

this property has lack of mamangemnt skills and loses everything. they dont help neone out. do not rent here. they dont help their tents out at all. best believe i will not recomend them to anyone. they are over priced and they have roaches everywhere!

This complex is excellent and the manager is excellent and helps out with whatever you need help with. He is very polite and kind. I enjoy living here.
