Working with this reality company was such a disappointment. Last spring I listed one of my townhomes for sale with Stacy Harnett. After a few days on the market, several offers came in. We accepted an offer but due to the townhouse needing a new roof the offer fell through. I’m not sure if the breakdown was with Prime South or Ms. Harnett. However, this fall another realtor and reality company was able to successfully sell the townhome and a new roof was negotiated into our contract. The lesson here is….not everything is about a profit. Sometimes, you have to look beyond making a $ and represent the seller with confidence and enthusiasm which is what was truly lacking here.
