Unfortunately, my wife and mother-in law did not get the some experience as most of the other reviewers. They worked directly with Yris Catalina and it was not at all the experience they thought it would be as first time home buyers. There was a lot of miscommunication, and things my mother in law was not informed about thoroughly. My mother and law and wife felt like they were kept out of the loop about and whenever they were asked to submit certain documents they were faced with Yris brood attitude and unprofessional remarks. Lastly, when they were close to closing my mother in law felt like they were pressured or pushed to things without a full understanding of certain documentations. In my opinion Mrs. Catalina should have understood and should have been more empathetic and understandi
